Customer satisfaction is top priority at Berlitz. It was and remains important to us to have our work assessed and certified according to an independent Swiss quality management system, eduQua, for providers of training and educational programs. All Berlitz Language Centers in Switzerland have fulfilled the six criteria for eduQua certification and fulfilling the key criteria that are decisive for assessing the quality of an institution.

For us, this means that quality is planned in advance at Berlitz: quality assurance processes are defined and structured based on our customers’ needs. Our language courses are based on the requirements of everyday and, in particular, professional situations.
