Exciting and Motivating Lessons

The learning techniques and aims at the camps differ from typical school lessons. While schools follow a general pattern of teaching new material with the aid of vocabulary and grammar in the shortest possible time, Berlitz Language Camps focus on 'learning by speaking'. The most popular activities are, e.g. conducting interviews, role playing, language games and thematic project work. The children and teenagers learn very quickly to speak spontaneously and therefore learn to use the language correctly and intuitively. Anyone can participate regardless of language level. A placement test is given at the beginning of the camp, directly on site. Then the teaching groups are divided into small groups of 8 to 12 participants according to their command of the language
